* iCloud sync requires an active iCloud account and is managed by Apple. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for iCloud data handling.
We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise or approximate location, camera or microphone data, contacts, health or fitness data, financial information, browsing history, or any other personally identifiable information.
To keep FuseDrop free, we show ads to users who have not purchased the premium “Remove Ads” option. Ads are served by Google LLC via the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Premium users see no ads and are not subject to ad-related data collection.
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy . You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising or by purchasing the premium upgrade inside the app.
We use Google’s User Messaging Platform to collect your consent before personalised advertising is shown. In the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, you will be presented with a consent dialog on first launch. You may change your consent choice at any time within the app settings.
The app declares Apple’s SKAdNetwork identifiers for a number of ad networks. SKAdNetwork is Apple’s privacy-preserving framework that allows ad networks to measure campaign performance without identifying or tracking individual users.
FuseDrop offers in-app purchases (a monthly subscription and a lifetime “Remove Ads” purchase) processed entirely by Apple Inc. via StoreKit 2. TricoreTech does not receive, process, or store any payment card information. Apple handles all financial transactions and related data under its own Privacy Policy .
Purchase status (premium vs. free) is stored locally on your device and synced across your Apple devices via iCloud Key-Value Store so that your premium entitlement follows you without requiring an account with us.
If you are signed into iCloud on your device, FuseDrop syncs your high score and premium purchase status across your Apple devices using Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Store. This sync is encrypted in transit by Apple and subject to Apple’s iCloud data handling practices. We do not have access to your iCloud account or its contents.
You can disable iCloud syncing at any time via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → FuseDrop.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent national laws:
| Processing Activity | Legal Basis |
|---|---|
| Storing game state, settings, high score, and launch statistics on-device | Legitimate interest — necessary to deliver core game functionality |
| iCloud sync of high score and premium status | Legitimate interest — cross-device continuity expected by users |
| Showing personalised advertisements (Google AdMob) | Consent — obtained via the Google UMP consent dialog (EEA/UK) and/or the Apple ATT prompt before any personalised ad is served |
| Accessing IDFA via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt | Consent — explicit user grant via the iOS ATT system prompt (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) |
| Showing non-personalised / contextual advertisements | Legitimate interest — necessary to fund the free version of the app |
| Processing in-app purchases (via Apple) | Contract performance — necessary to fulfil the purchase agreement |
We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling as defined in Article 22 of the GDPR.
GDPR Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland have the following rights under applicable data protection law:
CCPA / CPRA California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes we will provide a more prominent notice (e.g., an in-app notification). Continued use of FuseDrop after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
